Calling all Santa Barbara Democrats . . . It’s crunch time!

This year Santa Barbara will conduct it's first all vote-by-mail city election and ballots are being mailed on Monday, October 5th.

WHAT: Massive Democratic Party Outreach
WHEN: Saturday, October 3rd, Sunday, October 4th; 9am – 4pm
ALSO: Saturday October 10th, Sunday October 11th; 9am - 4pm
WHERE: 402 E. Gutierrez Street, between Olive and Laguna
(enter at back through Olive St. parking lot)

You may have gotten strange election mailings from some group called "Preserve Our Santa Barbara" promoting conservative candidates Francisco, Self and Hotchkiss. You may be aware that Billionaire Texas developer and major Republican donor Randall van Wolfswinkle is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to promote a conservative agenda in Santa Barbara. You may be aware that as a result, we could lose a Democratic majority on our city council, which has a history of action in support of Democratic and progressive values . . .

You SHOULD be aware that ballots will be mailed out on Monday to every single Santa Barbara city voter, and that the time to raise awareness about the Democratic Party-endorsed candidates and issues is NOW.

Democratic Party activists (like you) will be conducting massive outreach to our members in Santa Barbara this weekend, and we absolutely need you to join us.
