Use Policy

The following Use Policy explains the Santa Barbara County Democratic Central Committee's (hereafter the Committee) policy regarding the use of the Committee's official web site www.sbdemocrats.org and www.sbedms.org (each domain, alone and collectively, is considered the Committee web site, which may expand or change from time to time) and any information you may acquire when visiting the site. By using the Committee site, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Policy and any other policies applicable to the Committee's web site. This Policy makes no warranties or representations for any web sites that are not one of the aforementioned domains.

1. The Committee's web servers are maintained to provide public access to Committee information via the Internet. The Committee's web services and the content of its web servers and databases are updated on a continual basis. While the Committee attempts to keep its web information accurate and timely, the Committee neither warrants nor makes representations or endorsements as to the quality, content, accuracy, or completeness of the information, text, graphics, hyperlinks, and other items contained on this server or any other server. Site materials have been compiled from a variety of sources, and are subject to change without notice from the Committee as a result of updates and corrections.
