2022 was a year with challenges like we have never seen before. The political environment was tense, and expectations for Democrats were low. Right-wing attacks on inclusive education reached a crescendo. And for the first time in our history, hard-won fundamental rights were taken away from Americans.

But we didn’t give up. We fought back. This is the story of how.
