Salary: $45,000-$49,000 • Full Time position

The North County Field Organizer will recruit and train volunteers for the Democratic Party’s field activities in North Santa Barbara County (Santa Maria, Guadalupe, Lompoc, and the Santa Ynez Valley, and others). They will work under supervision of the Organizing Director to execute a field program to mobilize voters and community members with the goal of electing Democrats and implementing the values laid out in our local Democratic Party Platform. The person in this full-time position will be expected to work 40 hours per week, frequently at irregular times, including nights and weekends.
